We employ sustainable design theory from the inception of a project and use best building practices during construction to ensure an environmentally balanced project in its entirety. 

Our team members’ credentials include degrees in Sustainable Design and multiple LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED, AP).  Our designer, Tessa Smith, is the only Certified Passive House Consultant in South Sound, and one of fewer than 300 nationwide.
